Dont be put off by this ugly 1970’s building, (which used to be a garage, apparently?)
It was a Sunday morning, after a great Saturday night. The type of night when only a Full English Breakfast will do. We were advised that Chelle’s was the place to go.

2 of us ordered Full English’s, the other 2 ordered vegetarian versions. After quite a lengthy wait, we had our breakfasts delivered to our table. Although I ordered poached eggs, I got fried. Its not the end of the world, but it was it wasn’t right.

The Full English breakfast consisted of 2 bacon, (cooked extremely well), 2 eggs, 2 sausages, (superb and perfectly cooked), grilled tomato, mushroom, baked beans, black pudding, (again, cooked perfectly). This was accompanied by doorstep toast. This is a simple thing, can make a good breakfast a great one. Unusually, it came with a small glass of orange juice.
All parties agreed that breakfast was excellent. The vegetarian looked really good and those that chose it were very happy with it.

The sausages were perfectly cooked and good quality:

This breakfast was a great idea. Service was a bit slow, but the place was heaving. The staff were superb, the food was great. The only real issue was the mistake with poached eggs being fried eggs. That is literally the only problem I can think of. This is another belter and is definitely recommended.
