I don’t normally review too far outside Birmingham, but this was worth it. I was down in London on business and my digs didn’t include breakfast – perfect opportunity to find another breakfast to try. This was excellent.
A warm and kind greeting from the 2 staff. A great start – its simple and free, but means a lot. I ordered ‘pay after – you won’t want to go anywhere and we aren’t going anywhere either. Lovely.
Perfectly cooked sausage, (good quality), 2 pieces of thick, slightly smoked bacon, a perfect poached egg, crispy, (but not oily) hash brown, half a grilled tomato, a flat mushroom, beans, (I asked for them to be served separately) and a couple of slices of thickly buttered toast.
I had that, a coffee and a freshly squeezed orange juice and it came to around £13.00. It was spot on and get a thoroughly recommended from BBC!
