We got ‘stranded’ in Jersey because of bad weather and booked a couple of rooms at La Haule Manor. It was a very, very good choice – better than our original hotel.
Breakfast was very good indeed, both the Full English and Salmon and Scrambled Eggs. Breakfast at the hotel was served in a special ‘breakfast room’, in the basement. Service was very efficient, ingredients were excellent. It was just a great breakfast.
Sausage, Bacon, Mushroom, Hash Brown, Tomato, Perfect Poached Egg, Baked Beans, Toast and Water Cress, (just weird).
A very good breakfast and thoroughly recommended by BBC.
